All our pieces are handcrafted using premium 925 Sterling Silver. To ensure longevity and brilliance, many of our designs are finished with a layer of Rhodium or 18k Gold plating.

How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Artsy Silver piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear such as tarnishing.
