At Artsy Silver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted jewelry. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Artsy Silver gift box and secure them in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
